ALUVAL PRESENTS ITS NEW MINIMALIST LINE AT REBUILD 2024

Aluval has revealed itself once again as a key player in the transformation of the building sector through the design, manufacture and distribution of aluminum. The Valencian company, with recognized prestige in the aluminum sector, has been present at Rebuild 2024, the largest innovation forum in Spain to transform buildings and promote the digitalization and decarbonization of the sector. In this scenario, Aluval has presented its new minimalist line, the ALUPROM 20 series, which stands out for its high level of innovation and technology.

With this new commitment, Aluval reinforces its offer in the building sector, providing innovative solutions to a sector that increasingly demands communion between sustainability, design and energy efficiency. The ALUPROM 20 series has had a great reception at this event that, each year, brings together more than 5,600 building projects and more than 24,000 developers, builders, architects and other professionals in the sector.

Aluprom 20

The new minimalist line presented by Aluval, ALUPROM 20, combines design and sustainability with maximum performance. This sliding series with a minimalist design and thermal break comes with frame widths of 155 mm with double running rails. The leaves of this new series have a visible side section of 72.9 mm and a central section of only 25 mm.

This system also offers the possibility of making mitered leaves with a central section of only 36 mm and presents glass width possibilities of up to 41 mm, supporting a maximum weight of 400 KG per leaf. ALUPROM 20 offers the possibility of motorization, in which case, its resistance increases to a maximum weight of 800 kg per leaf. Regarding the construction possibilities, the series offers the ability to manufacture sliding doors with up to four rails, as well as the creation of galandage openings and corner openings.

With the aim of maintaining the highest levels of demand, Aluval has tested the new series of Aluprom 20 carpentry. The tested unit has given results of CLASS 4 air permeability, 7A water tightness and wind resistance. CLASS 3. The series also stands out for its levels of acoustic attenuation and thermal transmission, the latter reaching 7.8 m2k in its central node and 3.2 m2k on the side.
